Service Description

The function of this initial visit is to get the lay of the land, so to speak. We'll explore where you are, where you've been and where you'd like to be in relationship to food and your body and what tools I can offer to assist you. This session is available in person, online, or by phone at a cost of $197.00 for a 75-80 minute consult. The goal of this session is to determine whether my personal coaching services would be a good fit for you and your goals but is also very valuable as a stand alone session.
